I would highly recommend Steve of Bristol Alarm Repairs. He arrived about an hour after my call which was welcomed as my alarm pad was beeping and I couldn’t stop it. There was a battery fault error message showing. During my initial call he asked a series of questions to establish the fault, and told me how much the call out would cost. He was so helpful. When he arrived, he took the time to establish the full situation, and then explained what he was going to do. He also completed a full system check, including sensors. The battery needed replacing, and Steve carried this out. Steve provided an excellent service from first contact to end of job. He was friendly, professional and there were no hidden extras. Alarm started making loud noises inside house and outside at 10.15pm. Called and spoke to Steven who was very helpful and came out to our house within 25mins. Rectified noise quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company and Steven.

Steven was great, super methodical in his approach and managed to get my 2 malfunctioning alarm systems back up and working. He was able to fix most components in place and gave clear and reasonable pricing for components that were broken. I had given up on these systems but he explained all of the operating procedures in an easily understandable way. Steven managed to get an alarm I had long given up on working again with a quick service, and also installed fresh new PIR's to replace the antique faded yellow ones greatly improving the look. Very prompt and professional, left no mess and took great care in a recently decorated house. Highly recommend.

My Grandparents had a fault with there old hard wired alarm. The alarm keep going off at random times causing great stress to my grandparents. I found Bristol alarm repairs on Google and called the number. Steve was very nice, and showed genuine concern. He give me a call out price and was with me within the hour (even gave me txt updates). I needed an emergency callout in the middle of the night (3am) due to a warning alarm that the battery was missing. Despite thoroughly hunting for solutions online, the problem cannot be resolved without either replacing the battery (requiring engineer codes) or shutting down the whole system. Steven graciously agreed to come and sort out the problem for me. He was exceptionally courteous, removed his shoes when entering the property, wore a face mask and used antibacterial wipes on all of the surfaces he touched. He also allowed me to reset the code to a pin that only I knew, which is a great security practice. The problem was resolved quickly with a new replacement battery and his callout charge didn't break the bank. My alarm system is supposed to be serviced by another company that claims 24/7 support and callbacks within 15 minutes and I couldn't reach them at all. I highly recommend Bristol Alarm Repairs to anyone in the Bristol area who needs their intruder alarm system serviced or is in need of emergency repairs.
Alarm to my new flat went off after a power cut, and the code we were given by the previous owners turning it off.Called Steve, and he was round within an hour, found the problem (battery needed replacing), fixed it, reset the code, showed me how to change it myself, and walked me through the rest of the system in a way that was easy to follow.He was very friendly and polite, and also took all the neccessary precautions in reagrds to covid. Fast response, professional and Covid compliant. This was my first experience of Bristol Alarm Repairs and i can't recommend them highly enough. Called Steve out (on a Saturday) for a tamper fault on my alarm system. he arrived within 30mins, stopped the alarm, fixed the fault and even reattached a couple of sensors that had become detached during decoration.
